Return & Exchange Policy

 

We at HOPP do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped.
Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Our team member will assist you while receiving the delivery to ensure you got the order complete and in perfect condition.

• Returns are allowed within 7 days on non-perishable items that are in original and unused condition with all of the original packaging, manuals, accessories, purchase / online receipt etc.
• Once the product has been evaluated and is eligible for return, we will issue a store/online store credit that you can use to order a replacement item or you can use it on your next purchase. The store credit will be valid for 12 months.
• If you request a pickup service for the items to be returned or exchanged, a fee of AED 30 will be applied, or you can send the item with the driver who will deliver to you a new order.
• If the damage or wrong items were delivered due to our mistake, we will pick up and exchange your items free of charge. For this customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to us, on authentication we will replace the item.
